A series of waves in the air seems to be repelling Vampire Cat and Muffin away from a cat tree.

The Mother holds up her phone with a sticky note attached which makes it look like a tricorder from Star Trek with text on it that says "beep boop READINGS"

The Mother: I don't understand. These readings seem to indicate the cats are almost physically repulsed by the cool new cat tree we got them...

The Other One slaps a paper on the side of the cat tree.

The Other One: There's only one thing to do. We have to reverse the polarity.

[panel 4]

The paper is revealed to say "NO CATS ALLOWED". All three cats are now occupying the cat tree.
